Department: SWP – EMEA Physical Sales
BASED AT SEGA West London, Chiswick Business Park, Hybrid working (3-days per week in-office)
REPORTING TO: Sales Account Manager
As a Commercial Administrator within our Physical Sales team, you will be responsible for owning the day-to-day administration of the Physical business across key distributors (France/UK/Germany/Australia/Spain) plus other secondary territories such as Benelux/Nordic/Portugal/Poland. The successful candidate will need to be organised, be great at time management with a very keen attention to detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support physical sales with administrative tasks and general operations to help reach the product and corporate objectives.
- Working with marketing to handle assets for pre-order, also providing operational information such as barcodes etc.
- Day to day management of Oracle to raise credit notes as and when needed.
- Stock in trade/sell through reports specifically on key franchises. Ad hoc reports as and when required for external/internal use.
- Support the collation of key sales data and share with internal stakeholders. Day one ship outs/Specific sell through and promo data. Sharing early info on key releases with stakeholders internally
- Maintaining the business plan on a daily basis, updating and adding data as orders come in/changes in pricing/movement of street dates.
- Support the key distributors (covers 70% of Europe) in providing ad hoc product info/liaising with marketing and the operations team with requests from distribution
- Check links to retail for per-orders/pricing check across Europe.
- To work closely with the Operations/Central Marketing to provide information as required and collaborate on joint objectives.
- To work closely with global retails teams to maximise synergies between sales channels.
- Requesting keys from Alaska for licensing deals and ad-hoc requests.
- Liase with Ops on samples for D1.
- Creating PowerPoints when needed to assist sales team with presenting new product info or sales performance review etc.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrable experience within a commercial environment ideally in the Entertainment sector however not essential
- Strong Excel skills with a focus on data accuracy.
- Interest in gaming strongly desirable.
